At Dastkar Rugs, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your rug, we’re here to help make it right.

Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Rugs must be:

Unused and in original condition

Free of stains, pet hair, or odors

Returned in original or secure protective packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order rugs

Clearance or final sale items

Rugs that have been altered or used

Return Process
Start a Return: Email us at dastkarrugs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Instructions: We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Send It Back: Ship the rug using the provided label or your own carrier (shipping fees may apply).

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your rug arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
